  Thursday July 21, 2016 - First received a call from a private investigator ( Apex Investigations) RSG hired stating they were coming to my home to investigate all of my assets. It was a threatening phone call and even promised to report all findings to my local Tax Assessor Collector's office. I called Nathan Matthews with RSG immediately after I called the Tax Assessor's office and they advised me they do not hire Attorneys or PI firms to do any of their work and my account is in good standing. On 7-21-2016 I had 6 harassing phone calls from someone else for a past due balance that was not past due and they admitted to hiring outside agencies and private investigators. I advised Wells Fargo of the PI's pending arrival later that afternoon and they said they would make sure all investigations would be terminated immediately. But this organization has no affiliation with Bexar County offices and or agencies. July 25, 2016 Mr. Matthews calls me on my cell phone, which Bexar County officials do not have, and leaves me a voice mail that his agency has been retained by Bexar to resolve a claim matter or if I have any intention on resolving the issue with Bexar County. I called every Bexar County officials office. There are no disputes, unpaid, bills, and I have not received any notices of any kind of dispute from any County office. Again I was advised the county does not hire Agencies in Delaware or Private Investigators to attempt to resolve and claims, disputes, against Bexar County residents. This is harassment it has caused me much emotional distress. Mr. Matthews didn't leave the information of the party he claimed hired his agency to ask if I had intentions to resolve the matter with who hired him thus how can someone attempt to resolve the matter if the Agency RSG group will not identify and give you contact information of the county officials office who allegedly has a claim or dispute. I called Mr. Matthews a second time today and advised him that if his actions are in any way are deceptive for any other reasons those matters will be pursued vigorously.
